Nottingham Hypnotherapy : Prices

General hypnotherapy (for anxiety, panic, phobias, confidence issues, eating disorders, IBS etc.), sports hypnosis and coaching:-

Initial consultation (one hour)- £20. The purpose of the initial consultation is to take a detailed history, establish what you want to achieve and formulate a plan for therapy and/or coaching.

Therapy / coaching sessions - £80 each

Block bookings (where applicable) - three sessions for £175 (a saving of £65).

Please note that for many phobias (fear of flying, spiders, heights etc.) an initial consultation may not be needed. In such cases the first session is an actual therapy session, charged at £80, with a free follow-up if required.

Discount may be offered to students and those on low income. Details on request.

Note. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged.

Special packages:-

Stop smoking - £175 for a two-hour session. Free follow up if required.

Weight loss - £225 paid in advance for a course of four sessions (would cost £320 if paid for by the session).
