The course is presented by Robert McKinnon and starts on Thursday January 19th 2023 and runs for 8 weeks on consecutive Thursdays, 7pm until 9.30 UK time.
The course includes a lot of the content of our practitioner course and is designed to help you gain the personal benefits of doing our full course but without the time commitment or expense of doing so. You could think of it as being the ultimate self-hypnosis course, although it's actually much more that that!
You will learn:-
The basics of hypnosis, hypnotherapy and NLP
How the mind works (based on Steve Peters' "Chimp" model)
Strategies and techniques to help you feel more confident and relaxed
How anxiety and phobias work and how to deal with them
How to overcome bad habits such as overeating etc.
How to trick your own brain into overcoming fear, in five seconds!
Powerful stress management techniques based on the latest research
How to make positive affirmations many times more effective
How to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and discover what it can be used for
Simple pain management techniques
How to safely use hypnosis and NLP with friends and family
So, discover how you can be more relaxed, confident and in control of your life...
...and help others to do the same!
A course manual will be provided together with some hypnosis scripts, and you will receive a certificate at the end of the course.
The course will be held on Thursday evenings, starting on January 19th at 7pm, and will run for 8 weeks. (Each session will be around two and a half hours, so about 20 hours in total).
Please note that this is a live interactive course and not a series of webinars. For this reason the number of places will be limited to around 12.
